Those are the sub-regions of the breakaway region of Somalia. They're 5 not 6. They've recently made it 6 to make it look bigger. Last year, Sool sub-region seceded by means of bloody war, in the purest sense of the word, from the rest and is no longer part of this mindless administration.
Therefore, they need to recraft that crap.
