This is an excellent start but the Freedom Adwa Park has to be built right in Tigray, Adwa Mount Soloda ( Mount freedom), where the dream of colonial powers was shattered and ignited the global anti- colonial movement . It should also further ignite the global anti-neocolonization movement. You can build Adwa Museum anywhere in Ethiopia, Italy , Asmara, or USA but that cannot replace Adwa where the actual war was performed. If Abiy is thinking he can bring Adwa to Addis Ababa & marginalize and ignore Adwa , that will not work.Tigrayans shall rise and build their own Adwa Park that represents all Pre-Adawa anti-colonial war and Post-Adwa wars( including the 2020to2022 war) Tigrayan .

I agree with all what you wrote except the dumb and tribalist last sentence. The new museum in Addis Ababa consecrates the very place where the march to Adwa started & got anointed. And it represents all Ethiopians.
I agree that building a park at the actual battle ground in Adwa is long overdue and it’s the responsibility of all Ethiopians to make it happen. Because that is where one can really pay homage to the patriots who gave their lives in the war. And that park should be called Victory Park, not Freedom Park.
The post-Adwa stuff is woyane’s responsibility. You can build a memorial for it either right next to Anole Monument or Martyr’s Memorial Monument. The spot where Seyoum Mesfin & Abay Tsehay were hunted down by PP snipers is another option.
