The US Star Wars Program bankrupted the Russian economy back in the late eighties. The Star Wars program is still alive and cooking. Think about this, if Pakistan and India go to war with a little over a hundred nuclear warheads against each other, Earth would be deprived of sunshine indefinitely. Agriculture would not be feasible around the globe indefinitely. Hence, the Russians will not dare to go to war with nuclear weapons against the British. Actually, had Ukraine did not destroy its nuke stock piles some 25 years ago, the Russians would not have dared to Attack Ukraine preemptively.
