Like any rat, he must be hiding, as he can't face PIA and HSM, the Somali President.
It got clear to me that he didn't go there when a Somali news announced that HSM was going to have side meetings only with Isaias Afwerki, William Ruto, and Azali Assoumani, the Comoros president, who's also the current Chairperson of the African Union.
