According to the Somali Land president, the leased port is only to be used for Naval base. The Somali Land intent is for recognition as a swap for the agreement. Like I said before, the Somali Land, President reiterated that a memorandum is not binding. Voila. What is Abbiy really upto ? 
Now, how about the infrastructures such as a mode of transportation to the port ? Another railway connecting Addis to the new port. Is the port ready made ? Building a new port from the ground up ? …….
