The world has no clue that the civil war and famine ethiopia is associated with actually emanates from only 5% of its population namely the Tigray people aka the burdensome negros of ethiopia. The TPLF could've used, even a portion of the billions they've looted, on irrigation based farming in Tigray & this would've been averted. Sad state of affairs indeed.

Irrigation is an endeavour constructive productive people engage in, burdensome niggeẹrrs on the other hand get caught stealing food aid to buy weapons as happened just last year. They suffer from mass sociopathy, where the people are sociopaths, their elites are sociopaths so they end up being unproductive culturally, economically and obsess over sabotaging their neighbours. They dont need food aid but an army of psychologists for them to break out of the inferiority complex circle of doom they languish in and spend their sparse resources on what's important like food and shelter rather than weapons.
