You're much more intelligent than the fuc.kers in the breakaway region, who are believing that Abiy/Ethiopia are just looking for a coastal land where to build a port and a naval base. Their dream is way bigger and deeper than this.

They basically want to annex that portion of Somalia by gradually populating it from the coast all the way to the Ethiopian border with fuc.king Galla, starting with moving all the families, relatives of the soldiers on the naval base and port into this area along with all sorts of Ethiopian businesses, including their prostitutes, gradually eliminating the border between Somaliland and Ethiopia as the whole area would be populated with Gall, Oromise the Somalis as much as possible and make them a minority, and finally set a new boundary and border between Ethiopia and Somaliland/Somalia, and in result, there won't be any border between Somalia and Djibouti any longer, as the area that Ethiopia wants to annex would be in between Somalia and Djibouti.
