One Ethiopian doctor researched on IQ and found that Ethiopian esp those are in higher education and in private school have an IQ in the range between 85 and 120. Another scholar(black American) is also explained blacks who have been grown from their childhood in Germany showed higher IQ. In his conclusion he said that blacks culture is keeping down blacks.
