It must. If Ethiopia wants to export professionals all over the world. Just like India and kenya. In somaliland alone we have thousands of Kenyans who are well paid in their fields compare to our citizens. And the reason why is they are fluent in English. They can easily work with all kinds of foreigners. The language barrier is a real problem for the Ethiopians. You export less professionals.
