During the initial phase of the war, Eritrean leaders urged Abiy not to enter Mekelle to avoid falling into TPLF's and their master's trap. But the immature and narcissist 7th king refused to listen, so he ordered his troops to enter Mekelle and declared "mission accomplished."
Abiy's blunder provided the TPLF a great opportunity to conscript more foot soldiers in preparation for a counter attack employing their trademark human wave military tactic. And with the help of their master's satellite information, the TPLF were able to overwhelm and overrun Abiy's thinly spread forces, capturing thousands of his soldiers in the process, many of whom they paraded in Mekelle to further humiliate the 7th king and demoralize his forces.
During the second phase of the war, the Eritrean leaders again warned Abiy not to enter Mekelle, because they had information that the TPLF were loading all their dead soldiers on trucks and donkey pulled carts, and transporting the corpses to mass graves they dug out in Mekelle for the purpose of presenting their dead soldiers as "genocide victims", and as "evidence" to their "genocide" claims.
But the second time around, surprisingly, the 7th king listened, and by not entering Mekelle he avoided falling into their trap, which deprived the TPLF and their masters a Rwandan-like scenario they were attempting to reenact in Mekelle using TPLF's 1.5 million dead fighters deliberately buried in mass graves for the occasion.
Now the 7th grader is on his own. There's no one to give him sound advise. He has successfully put Ethiopia at the mercy of the Emir of Dubai who treats both Ethiopia and the Somaliland Kilil as his own personal properties. Please pray for Ethiopia.
