Ethiopia is just being a spoiler and it should be dealt accordingly
Somalia should officially file a official complaint to the African Union about Ethiopia violations of Somalia.
If Ethiopia continues on this path Somalia govt should make peace with shabaab and led shabaab just invade Ethiopia the same way the Lebanese government allows Hezbolla control the border with Israel . To me, the political novice clown has come up with his simplistic excuse for the following reasons:

1. He knows he's in the wrong and has nothing to argue with Somalia.

2. He can't bear to be in the same room with Isaias and face him.
