Ethiopia has sufficient human power to train in software technology, aeronautic and mechanical engineering, as well as manufacturing. Given all these, Ethiopia should have learned earlier from Turkey and Iran to manufacture its own drones or UAVs very cheaply. Unfortunately, Ethiopia is not blessed in strategic leaders. Like all the leaders in most of Africa, especially the disappointing hopeless Horn of Africa, it is sinking in the abyss deeper and deeper.
