Eritrea has already violated the Algiers Agreement by occupying the territories of Ethiopia by force and Ethiopia has to declare the Agreement null and void.

Attached is the research paper that outlines on the issues Ethiopia could leverage to file claim on Assab to UN as it's own territory.

Eritrea might have occupied parts of Tigray under the pretext of fighting the TPLF , how ever Eritrea never claimed that land as part of the territorial integrity of Eritrea, that is the difference. Eritrea actually is right on this. They are fighting a advesery inside Ethiopia with the consent of the Ethiopian government. How ever on what basis do u claim Assab , Assab was never ethiopian it was never Abysinian , it was never owned by habesha people So on what basis do u claim assab, Assab has been part of Eritrean territory for as long as we know. even prior to independence or prior to colonialism it was never part of Abysinia, it was part of the AUSA sultanate , which wassnt Abysinia ,so on what basis do u claim assab

i am not a lawyer, i am a Dr , how ever u made the claim , now u have to bring the evidence thats how it works , if u make a claim u have to defend that claim and bring valid arguments so what is the difference between keren assab asmara and mendefera all cities of Eritrea. So why claim Assab only on what basis do u claim asab. thats my question if u cant answer please say u cant answer.

I am confident that if the Abiy Ethiopia would have gone to invade Eritrea in order to annex Assab. However, Eritrea is much stronger and lethal militarily. And I believe the reason Abiy disrespecting Somalia is, he thinks Somalia is weaker militarily. If indeed Abiy able to pull off this deal with Somalia land, how does this deal effect Djibouti? I will expect Djibouti will lose Ethiopian business.

Eritrea is already in stone age and unable to defend a combined ENDF and TDF attack . Even if Ethiopia tries to avoid war with Eritrea , Eritrea is still going to attack Ethiopia as part of the proxy war of Egypt on Ethiopia.

You are even dumber that I thought. TDF is gone and dead. forever. Give it a short time and your corrupted leaders will finish each other. Tigray are the stupidest people ever.

Dr Zack,

I had addressed the issue on the campaign I run for about two years under " Abiy Bring Back Our Acess to Red Sea! , You may have to read those posts. But for the detailed legal consideration , you need to go to the refered research paper.
