The PeePee admin is deeply worried by the mass and simultaneous demonstrations that may occur during ጥምቀት celebrations where a huge number of foreign, specially Western medias be present for the celebration as in the past. Abiy is extremely concerned that the world media will be present to show the peoples’ revolt the world to see. He will have a few sleepless nights coming.

From my personal contacts, I can tell you Abiy is in a big state distress. He even built helicopter landing areas in the newly built resorts in southern region and flies multiple times a week at night to these resorts to sleep overnight. For some reason he doesn’t seem to feel safe staying at his residence in Addis overnight.

No, Wonchi is in Oromia. I said southern region. He doesn’t feel safe in Oromia.
