The picture below bread is called "Gaguba" not Hibishti. In Mekelle city residents are calling Gaguba as Hibishti, it is wrong and must be corrected. If you want the difference go to Abiy Adi or Melfa and they will show you. Hibishti is small the size of Bani and the shape is like the above lady goodie curved out or Hilel Ma'enebi or Ma'enebia.

Hi Halafi Mengedi - just in case if you don't know the name of that small steam-cooked bread, it's called Nikuman in Japan or Sala Bao in Thai. Usually it is filled with some kind of meat - pork or chicken.



I really wonder if there is any thing which is not edible in Japan.
