You're right, it's bordered by Kazakhstan to the northwest and north, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan to the east and southeast, Afghanistan to the south, and Turkmenistan to the southwest.

Puntland is a regional federal state of Somalia so Somaliland borders Somalia in reality actually Somaliland doesnt border Somalia its also integral part of The Somali republic

Tigray does not have a common border with Shewa. Puntland is part of Somalia as well.
