The infighting within TPLF has paralyzed it and immediate radical action is required:
All Central and Executive members have to be replaced by new blood recruited from TDF non-military members who are interested to be politicians and have demonstrated excellent performance and discipline during the war and after the war until now. Existing executive members to contuinue as TPLF members and assigned as non-executive advisers to the new team and assigned to lead various projects related to the reconstruction of Tigray. Getachew to contuinue as the President of the Temporary government until the election time.
