The truth is Abiy refused them to distribute the food aid themselves. He wanted them to hand the aid to his agency, then his agency would distribute to food. The said, "No". He tried to play the 'sovereignty' card for a year, but he finally relented and allowed them to distribute the food aid themselves, and they just announced they will start distributing food aid themselves next month . That is the truth you are either not capable to understand or not willing to admit.

The audacity of this woman, a former settler of Humer, Amara, who wants to go back to her old days of looting the amara land without punitive.
