Declaring famine won't do it. The only way to squeeze money out of the diaspora agame is to declare a war they can fight on their computer screens until their fingers bleed. 
Most of the diaspora agame are very angry at the Tigray people for losing the war that they want to punish them by not sending them any money.

Campaigning to save the lives of their starving people means admitting that their people are starving. That would create complex consequences on their mental stability. Can you imagine clowns like "Tigray People" or AxumEzana admit that Agames are starving! Their inferiority complex cannot handle the multiple catastrophes. They prefer to live in fantasyland than face the cruel reality of Chigray!
