The culture of impunity has been a trademark of Tigrian identity, embedded in their DNA..........What perplexes me the most is though why these people feign indignation when they hear about brutal crimes like this one while ignoring the realities of their culture- a culture that has normalized, encouraged and tacitly embraced such behaviors.They would have blamed others for this heinous crime if the situation had been different. Unfortunately for them, Eritrean army isn't there to take the blame...........BTW, this kind of crime is very common in that enclave, a reality just like a dog-bites-man.......not newsworthy!
