ኣስመራ 08 ጥሪ 2024 ብመሰረት ካብ ቤት-ጽሕፈት ፕረዚደንት ሶማሊያ - ቪላ ሶማሊያ ዝተፈነወ ዜና፡ ፕረዚደንት ሸኽ ሓሰን ማሕሙድ፡ ናብ ኣስመራ ኣቕኒዑ ኣሎ፡ ኣብቲ ርክብ ምስ ፕረሲደንት ኢሳያስ ኣፍወርቂ ኣብ ክልቲኣዊ ዝምድናታት ዘተኮረ ርክብ ከካይዱ ትጽቢት ይግበር።
H.E President HassanSMohamud has embarked on a working visit to Asmara, Eritrea. During the visit, the President will hold discussions with his counterpart, H.E President Isaias Afwerki, on a range of bilateral relations between the two brotherly nations.

The Republic of Djibouti follows with great concern the evolution of the situation of extreme tension between the Federal Republic of Somalia and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia

The Republic of Djibouti, in its capacity as current President of IGAD, affirms its deep attachment to the preservation of sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity of all member states, as a cardinal principle such as enshrined in the IGAD treaty and the constitutive act of the African Union

The Republic of Djibouti calls on the two brotherly countries to favor the path of dialogue and to work towards de-escalation.

Finally, the Republic of Djibouti tirelessly continues its consultation efforts with all IGAD member states in order to achieve the ultimate objective of ending the crisis.
