Oromo politicians playing the victim and sympathy card should be seen with a grain of salt. They don't want Abiy to lose power as can be seen when the all the Ethiopian population except Oromos oppose the system. Jawar said this for a tactical purpose hoping to calm the rage on the rest of the Ethiopian society.

He is an opposition politician but plays an analyst role here. He never denounced PP, yet he wrote extensive document advising Oromos to rally behind Abiy protect Oromo dominance just 9 months ago

Jawar is right on one thing

Mismanagement by the Oromo Elites is causing Ethiopia to pay heavy prices especially its peace.

1. Abiy and Oromo elites throwing their alliance with Eritrea into the garbage was criticized and condemned by Jawar in fact Jawar is signalling Ethio Eritrea alliance based on economics is a good thing and should be tried

2. TPLF and OPDO war was also rightfully criticized. But coward jawar forget to mention TPLF got kicked out of PP because they said no to the USELESS MEDEMER IDEOLOGY which officially caused a heavy WAR in Ethiopia and many Tigrayans Eritreans Amharas Agews Afars Oromos died in that war

3. Jawar condemned OPDO led by Abiy who failed to make a peace deal with Ola.

4. Jawar condemned the war in Amhara region as something avoidable he recommended FANO list and document all their TEYAKIs and have a discussion about it with PP. This means Pride (kurat) must be stopped for the wars to end

PP pride is very dangerous for the country it is endangering civilians on the ground and PP cannot make win regions by war without major alliance with fano or shabia or TDF

Jawar rightfully said most of these wars and issues were actually avoidable.
