2) When Fano controls Urban Areas the first target points are prisons and police stations as well as cadres. Once Fano completes its objectives the Government immediately shuts down Universities, Banks, Schools, Hospitals, Telephone Service, Airports etc. So the urban dwellers are impacted negatively by "siege" including the use of drones
3) Fano leaves the urban areas once its objectives are completed if any urbanite has a problem he/she can join fano in rural. Otherwise Urban will be given back to the Government so urbanites can live life normally.
4) the purpose of Fano is not controlling cities only the purpose is actually the presence of Fano across the Amhara region and around the region. Without Fano Amhara communities are not protected this means Fano has to go to other regions and defend Amhara civilians instead of focusing only on Amhara region
5) terrorists within ENDF that are found to be guilty of civilian massacre or rapes will be punished by Fano. Fano will pay the price to KILL any ENDF that treats civilians immorally. We have time on our side. As long as ENDF it stationed in our region we can kill them and revenge them.
6) even when Fano leaves a major city it will come back in few months to free prisoners take weapons inside police stations etc. thus Abiy is in a cycle of error.
7) Bahir Dar is the capital of Amhara Region and as well the radio stations and AMECO is in Bahir Dar. Fano should take control of Amhara Media and attempt to take over all Bahir Dar for the first time this means Fanos from south Gondar west Gojjam and east Gojjam should march to Bahir Dar
Fano should have proper command structure this will enhance much more victories and efficiency of Fano in the region. Fano groups should take one command according to zone areas
