The pattern is similar all over the Amhara region. ENDF is ordered to get out of big cities and attack Fanos. Fanos chase ENDF back to the cities where ENDF has its base. That’s the reason Fanos enter big cities. Fanos have no option but to chase and attack its base and get military hardware and ammunition.
This trend has been observed in Kobo, Lalibela, in many towns in Gojam, in Showa towns like showa robit, Ataye and just 3 days ago in Debre Berhan.
When it comes to actual combat, ENDF has confirmed many times it’s just no match to Fano. The only advantage ENDF has is shelling cities with artillery in which case Fanos withdraw from cities for the sake of the cities. The other advantage ENDF has is of course drones.
Once Fano acquires heavy weaponry, I think ENDF will be finished! They are not motivated, don’t know the terrain and lack public support.

Endf advantage is shelling cities and using drones on cities as well cutting telephone electricity and civilian services so fano leaves the urban areas in order to keep the civilians in peace and wellbeing as such fano does most struggle in rural . Keep in mind Tigray was under "siege" many basic services including banks and schools were shut down by PP. Pp sucks at war
