We don't know about what killed the ghana president.
But the Banda traitor Meles Zenawi was dying from terminal illness, cancer,and other cancer since 2006 and was told by doctors he only had five years to live and died in 2012.
American or Egypt didn't kill him.He was not that important for Americans to kill him because they knew he was a Banda who betrayed the Tigray People for 27 years.

BTW the Banda traitor Meles Zenawi kept a secret not telling no one he only had 5 years to live including to his wife that's how scumbag he was.
Also don't forget Chenawi Meles Zenawi used to smoke up to 5 packs of cigarettes a day drink a lot of sugary soda to the 90 percent of his life .
So there is no conspiracy what killed Chenawi traitor Meles Zenawi because he always was good at taking care of himself with his security details to make sure he will not be shot or poisoned to visit foreign countries and in minililk palace.
