IGAD is a stupid organisation headed by a low IQ oromo. It lost credibility when it ignored Amhara genocide.

That is true too. But, EU also ignored Amhara genocide. They kept silence. When it comes Amhara, only God is Amhara's care taker. I would say the world has turned its back to Amhara. In this regard, which one has mandate? The EU or IGAD.

This is true. But the world doesn't know because Abiye pretends to be Amhara. He wears the Ethiopian cross to fool the EU and US. Only FANO can save Amhara and Ethiopia. 10 more years of Abiye in power there will be no more Tigray and Amhara left in the world.
