Thats exaggeration. Far eastern somaliland has always been a disputed peripheral territory between us and puntland. For 25 years. It's complicated . But it's not that important at all. That dhulbahante community flip flops. They switch alligiances like girls switch their bras. They have No backbone . When somaliland gets out of the crisis they will show up in hargeisa.
