During TPLF's 27 years of ethnic apartheid rule, for every Ethiopian official the TPLF had appointed to a government office there was an agame deputy lurking behind and calling all the shots, making the Ethiopian official's position a mere ceremonial conformity. ትግራዋይ ሁለተኛ ቁጥር ነው ያለው ይሉ ነበር።

I don’t see anything wrong in what he is saying . I don’t know why DC Uber drivers got a problem with what he said.
