PhD mushrooming in Ethiopia needs one fat documentary. Both TPLF & PP manufactured MSc & PhD holders of their respective ethnicity to fill the beaurocracy in a hope of removing well educated workforce who love & serve their country.

Makeshift universities like Rift-Valley and Microlink...etc were created to speed up the process of creating cadres with fake PhD holders. Their competition was against existing well educated society who believes in Ethiopian unity. The result of all that is what we see now
