Correct. Abiy's PP had concluded that the semetic forces have natural efficiency when it comes to combats and the will to die for their cause. If we see it, the Tigrigna, Tigray and Amharas are exceptional when it comes to combats and demonstrated that in their history. Abiy trying to use one semetic against the other, complimenting his forces with technology and using UAE as a surrogate is the plan he came up against Semetic forces.
When he is busy creating the non-existent kushetic alliance, it is important for semetic groups to at least reach to a memorundom of understanding to not sabotage each other.
