In your calculation, how long do you think Abiy stays in power? In my take, Abiy will be gone sometime in June 2024. If the country can stand by then.

Zemen, time is a mystery that only God can foretell. What we can tell is that a government that has no people as constituency and that’s fighting people’s uprising and has horribly failed to improve the lives of people but instead made life worst in every aspect can’t stand long.
What we are seeing is the pressure is becoming so big that it is now coming even from the ministers. This was the case that lead to the downfall of EPRDF and the pressure of the people this time has clearly reached the inner circles.
Whether from within or without this government will definitely fall apart soon, I would guess max 2 years but things can change fast, very fast.

Temari, you are so generous. There is no way this limpet government can sustained the next two years. Everything is falling apart, the economy, war is ragging in all fronts, people are at their breaking point with bone breaking inflation. Remember, the workers never given a raise in the last five years, yet the inflation has gone 35%. This is unsustainable in any society let alone in Ethiopia who is submerged in Nepotism and corruption and ethic driven administration. If indeed going to be around for that long, then I will kiss Ethiopia good-bye.
