Victory is measured by the respective objectives of the the war participants ! The goal of Isaias was to destroy TPLF and to subdue Tigray,if possible, or to dismantle Tigray if he cannot subdue. Both of his objectives failed to materialize. For Abiy the objective was to destroy TPLF and establish his PP puppet government in Tigray but he failed to achieve both. For Tigray it was self defense war and to defend it's sovereignty and it's territories . Tigray has successfully defended it's independence and forced Abiy to agree to respect the constitutional order. Tigrayans lands are still under the enemy hands due to Abiy's failure to respect the Agreement but that is under follow up and the African Union and the Western Powers are working on it. As the summary both Abiy and Isaias failed to achieve their goals but Tigray stays powerful and intact with 300k war hardened army that is ready to smoke out Isaias from Adi-Halo while watching the axis of evil has been fragmented and killing to each other. The Tigray war has given birth to the Amhara war and those who were cheering Abiy during the Tigray war like you are are either in prison or escaped from Ethiopia or under severe pain like you! Look forward ENDF + TDF in Adi Halo!
