1. The failed peace agreement in Oromia benefits Fano not that we want war in Oromia but because Oromos are to divided meaning they are weaker especially after Welega groups Massacred Amharas Innocent in 2019 and Jimma groups in 2023 droned Amhara Fanos. This gives Fano more breathing space

The Prosperity Party beef with Eritrea also benefits Fano and proves the Eritreans who used to support abiy as dead wrong in fact a war breaking out between Abiy and Eritrea is the best thing to happen. Currently their is a physcological war which cannot be under-estimated because it is the foundation of every war.

3. Pretoria Agreement - The surrender of TDF and its dissolution from conflict also gives fano time and space to be able to handle PP forces.

4. weak regional government - once abiy dismantled the regional special force it weakened Badens ability to govern Amhara region instead of arming Baden with tanks and artillery he removed the special force a large number of these special forces would join fano I estimate 20-50% the rest will slowly join.

I posted the right link. Jula is not a smart general he speaks with incredible incompetence and showing emotions as a another sign of lack of IQ. If Ethiopia had great generals these issues would be contained for example Alexander The Great, Napoleon, and Hitler led great armies that fought other nations this army cannot even clear one zone from its own opponents in its own country.
