What the low IQ Gala Pm is saying is, Current leaders forget about their predecessors achievement and they dont give them enough credit. At least this is how the I I tried to understand the low IQ Gala PM.

In fact, it is not a lack of knowledge in English language that is annoying in this matter. And it clearly shows what qualities he has as a person and what he is capable of doing to get what he wants.

If a PHD can be earned with such a level of English proficiency in Ethiopia, it should also be awarded at the end of the first year of secondary school/high school.
