Abiye Ahmed Ali, a weak and incompetent leader is seeking recognition and approval from others by speaking in a language he has no commands.
He doesn’t need to master the national language of other countries. No.
All he has to do is speak in Amharic, the national language of his country. Period.
Look at all this head of state’s, they make speeches in their own language, and interpreters be it human or machine take care of the rest.
For Most African leaders, English or French is their national language.
You rarely see a South America, a Russian, Chinese or Arab leaders venture in this absurdity.

Well, the difference is that South American, Russian, Chinese or Arab leaders take high school and college classes in their own languages. If Abiy completed high school & published his PhD thesis in English, he must be either a dumbass or a cheat that he still can’t correctly construct a single sentence & yet every Amharic sentence in his speech contains an English word.

That is correct. He used English word in every Amaharic sentence, just like Mengistu H/M. Obviously he is struggling in explaining himself in English. They claim and complain day in and day out just about incompetent Abiy Ahmed yet they are unable to remove even the "incompetent" PM. Collection of inepts!

His eyelashes, his intermittently gazing eyes, and his whipping fingers are quiet fluent in English. ሳይደግስ አይጣላ
