ይልቅስ አንድ የአድዋ ትግሬ ቃለ መጠይቅ ላይ ሲናገር የሰማሁትን ላካፍልህ። እንድህ አለ << ልጅ ሆኜ ትምህርት ቤት በየአመቱ ዐጼ ሃይለስላሴ እየመጡ ይጎበኙን ነበር። ሲመጡም ልብስ፥ጫማ፤ የእርሳስ እና ስክርቢቶ መግዣ ይሰጡናል። የእርሳቸውን መምጣት ሁልጊዜ በፍቅር እና በጉጉት እንጠብቃቸው ነበር። ከፊታቸው የሚነበበው ፍቅር በፈገግታቸው ይገለጻል። የጃንሆይ ጡር ዛሬ በእድፍ አስታጠበን። ዘረኝነት የሚባል ነገር የለም። እንኳን ሌላውን በዘር ለይተን ልናውቅ ትግራይ ክፍለ ሀገር እራሱ አድዋ ያለው ሽሬ ወይም አክሱም አያውቅም - ሁሉም በየቃየው ይሰራል መልካም ይኖራል። እስከ ዛሬ ድረስ የጃንሆይ ፎቶ ግራፍ ግድግዳየ ላይ አለ።>> ሃሳቡ ቃል በቃል የተወሰደ ሳይሆን ማብራያ ተጨምሮበታል።

How is saying he was selected because of of his disability 'ጥላቻ ያሳወረህ' የሚያስብለው? It actually show that the emperor has shown compassion to the blind boy's family. I don't think you watched the video. Btw, my mom has actually received clothes gift from HSI's hand when the the emperor visited her school in Asmara. She used to tell us that all of the kids in her school were thrilled.

Thank you Sarcasm for clarifying it very well. True, the emperor had brought many disabled and orphaned children from different corners of the country, that included Eritrea then, to be educated. He would send them to several boarding schools in the country to be educated by professional domestic and foreign educators. It was a norm for the emperor to visit these boarding schools and inquire about their food, education and well being with their teachers and administrators. The most gifted among them were given scholarships to Europe and North America. There are still many photographs in Asmara while the emperor visiting orphanages and elementary schools in Eritrea.
Had Abere watched the clip entirely, probably he would not have rushed to respond negatively.
