His counterpart from the other side of Mereb precisely eats the citizens, he drives them out, make them vulnerable for organ traders, he doesn't want to accept them back, he denies them the right to acquire quality education, the list is long. In the long list there is no spot where he showed any sort of a care for tomorrow.

He didn't only plant trees to cover the country with green, he also started to nurture the youth to grow, attain education, and overtake the responsibility for their country. He called those fled the country back home, he took them with his own official flights, including who later turned themselves against him and started to conspire and plot against him.

It seems like there is a strong sentiment of discontent towards Abiy's leadership in Ethiopia. Majority citizen believe that he lacks the necessary skills and education to effectively lead the country, and that he would struggle even at the level of leading a single Wereda. Furthermore, there is a perception that his position of power may have been secured through questionable means, በግርግር. There are those who feel that Abiy's presence in government is unnecessary and that he should step down as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in him facing a similar fate as that of Kaddafi, and this is something that many people would like to avoid.
