Agame values that glorify theft, mendacity and back-stabbing are very conducive for producing criminals. And when law and order totally breaks down as it has currently, there are no social norms that would keep the society cohesive and safe. It is everyone for him/herself. The tragedy is that the system has totally collapsed and there is no way the local or federal authorities can get the situation back to normal. Even in the best of times, Agameland was a cesspool of crime and corruption. Here is a gruesome murder committed just today in Mekelle.
