Mike Hammer's Flawed Pretoria Agreement Has Left the Amhara Out in the Cold

Mike Hammer's use of retired African statesmen to give the Pretoria Agreement an "African face" has failed to do the trick. An agreement that was never initiated by Ethiopians and without the interest of the Ethiopian people at heart, carries a potentially devastating repercussion for the Ethiopian people, as the country will be torn apart by civil wars between opposing ethnic groups.
It's only fair to assume that the incompetent Abiy didn't see this one coming, as he was too busy chasing the carrot Mike Hammer had dangled in front of his Pinocchio nose.

Mike Hammer is US president Biden’s Horn of Africa Special Envoy and he is scheduled to travel to Ethiopia this week to try and fix the peace deal he hurriedly hatched out in Pretoria, South Africa, between the government of Abiy Ahmed and the Tigrayan Peoples Liberation Front (TPLF).
