In my opinion, Isaias Afwerki is Djibouti enemy number one, Following the signing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia of the 17 September 2018 peace agreement by Abiy Ahmed and Isaias Afwerki, Instead of focusing on his country hand to mouth economy and trying to restore diplomatic relations with Djibouti, the elderly alcoholic dictator started propaganda campaign against Djibouti, he went after Djibouti government, he even tried to sow discord between Djibouti and Ethiopia but failed.
