If habeshas were not damn, and always resorte to war, Ethiopia can have multiple ports on its current location

The denakil desert in north east Ethiopia is upto 100 meters deep below sea level and Eritrea wants hydro power
Win-win solution build a hydro dam that will flood the denakil depression with a lock dam
Eritrea gets cheap hydro power and Ethiopia gets a Suez Canal type passageway with a lock dam parallel to the Eritrean hydro power
Lock dams are used throughout the world. Big ships can be docking in the current denakil depression passing the Red Sea and the new canal- lock dam to be build on the Eritrean Ethiopian border parallel to Tio town
Unfortunately, habesha are so dam and their solution to everything is a zero sum game- killing- wars- destruction that will take them back wards every time… insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result
War is not the answer

This idea might even be feasible though djibooty too ? Worth looking into
