Raesi Mekonnen is 100% from Tigray Tembien Wersege relative to Seye Abraha by father same woreda Welegesa region. He does not have any trace blood of Amhara, he was the governor of Harar and got a boy called Tefferi aka King Haileselassie. King haileselassie was from Tigray by father and Adere mother from Harar.
