Let me school you a bit on this chap, who has been wildly ranting on since 2008, as your knowledge about him seems very limited.

In 2008, he came out of the closet, which is a metaphor used to describe LGBT people's self-disclosure of their sexual orientation.

Following this, he received harsh criticism due to the fact that his father was a senior Hamas leader and that himself allegedly was in a leadership position in Hamas’ youth movement.

As he couldn't bear this, he renounced Islam and claimed that he had converted to Christianism, to make the matter worse.

Islamic scholars and religious leaders then labelled him as an apostate/Murtad and reminded Muslims of what apostasy entailed, and following this, he got totally cancelled and became no one within a matter of days - I assume you're familiar with the cancel culture.

He then went on war with Islam. As his chance of succeeding this in the Middle East and even finding a job to survive became extremely slim, he went to the US and took his war over there. While in the US, to avenge, he relentlessly attempted to frame the Palestinian cause purely as an al-Qaida Islamic narrative, in vain.

As he failed to achieve any success in the US, including on a personal level, he later came back to the Middle East and got a refuge in Israel, where he became an open spy for Israel to avenge on Hamas and Palestinian religious leaders, who contributed to his cancellation.

And since, he has been venting out his unproductive rants to discredit Hamas and the Palestinian cause from Israel.

Therefore, his rants have no fundamental truth or proposition whatsoever and shouldn't fool any knowledgeable mind.
