He is definitely losing it. Here he is making an assss of himself. He doesn't seem to understand that not all diseases are infections that can be defended by white blood cells. The example he gives about his back shoulder may be a nerve problem or a cancerous growth or a broken bone or damaged muscle. I think he loves to hear himself talk nomatter how little sense he makes. Doesn't he have advisors?

BTW, it is not steam ስቲም cell. It is stem ስቴም cell.
