Abiy's bizzare ramblings about water clearly demonstrate that the man is a charaltan and that people need to examine how he managed to get a PhD. His reliance on the debunked psuedo-science of a Japanese psuedo scientist that "water has memory" reveals that he is not only ignorant but that he is not aware of his ignorance.
