- Five years ago Tigrayans fully accepted Abiy , until he started to spread & tolerate anti- Tigraynism sentiments within his government and media and giving blind eye to the blockage of Federal roads to Tigray.
- For the last one year the Tigray people have waited patiently for Abiy to implement the Ptetoria Agreement but so far with very limited progress.
- Abiy's reluctance and further delay to implement the Pretoria Agreement will further frustrate the Tigray people who had already paid heavy price and could result in riots, destabilization of the temporary government and restart of armed conflict.

Therefore Abiy have to immediately reinstate the territorial integrity of Tigray, conduct political dialogue with TPLF to establish alliance and subsequent integration .
