Do not blame Abiy for raising the Red Sea agenda that was rolling for three decades!

Abiy was tricked by Isaias to fight against Tigray , he could have avoided Isaias from the begining and by now Ethiopia could have been stable and marching toward prosperity ready to get acess to the Red Sea!
