PP-Oromuma set a deadline to finish Fano by September-30 (October 31). They named the operation "Anole Operation". This will be the third attempt in the last 6 months and possibly the final one. PP_Oromuma is confident that they can do this in the next 6 days. The operation started yesterday.
In amhara region all services are now stopped
Internet - blocked
Telecommunication - blocked
Electricity - blocked
Water supply - blocked in areas Fanos are strong.
Part of the strategy is to kill as much innocient people as possible so that civilian Amharas chose peaceful submission to PP-Oromuma. Whether that will work or not, we will see it by next week this time.
