The Adwa problems for the rest of Tigray can be resolved only by the Adwans not any Tigrayan, because if any Tigrayan outside Adwa speaks out the wrong doing Adwans that person will be seen or perceived as Anti Adwa by the Adwan brains. But if fellow Adwan tell the wrong doers like Yohannes G/Meskiel, Arkebe Equbay, Aregawi Berhe, Meles Zenawi, Sebhat Nega, Fetlework, Debretsion and all the looter generals, executives and business men, they will listen to them and things will be corrected moving forward and most importantly the new generation of Adwans will see that as taboo culture and should not be repeated at any cost.

Anyone in any organization leadership in sport, political organizations, private and none profit organizations or charity organizations do make costly mistakes but they rectify them immediately and put the right people to lead the organizations not the failed leaderships the Adwans are trying to keep the same Diqalu non Adwa from two or three generations, that is the heart of the problem today Tigray could not move forward by forgotten what transpired in the past.

What is the moral ground or rational or justification Debretsion and Fetlework so called from Adwa yet they are not from Adwa but Bandaland Bologna maids mercenary of Issayas for many years yet these two individuals do not want to resign or retired after they destroyed Adwa??? Look Adwa today, look Rama today, they are being destroyed by the clan of Fetlework and Debretsion yet the Adwa people are defending them and they want them to lead Tigray, are the Adwa people brain dead clan, what is going on and who supposed to tell them to understand the magnitude they inflected the Adwa people, forget the rest of Tigray for the moment but their own people and themselves???

Do the Tigrayans know that the long-term effect for Tigray what the looters and corrupts are doing today. There is no human with brain will bring his or her money to Tigray for investment as long as there is culture looting and corruption, this is worst than the war, war is has limited time but corruption cannot leave easily and it has huge side effect for the society and once Tigray is branded as corrupt and looter state that mind set will live on with people for a long time and it will be very costly to convince people to come to Tigray and invest money and do business in Tigray. Tigray has to take this matter very seriously and clean it immediately and show the world Tigray is the land of hard workers and honest people. Corruption and looting are not just losing money but the perception is the worst long-term effect to Tigray and hard to convince people.

Until you talk about Ethiopia crisis in general, you will never ever solve Tigray's problem.You are stuck with the little picture in stead of the big picture. The big picture now is the OLF is hurting Tigray and will hurt very much. TPLF is only surviving at the mecry of OLF-Abiy Ahmed. So, Tigray's focus should be on how to remove Abiy Ahmed and the OLF/TPLF defunct system. There is no way under the sun that Tigray's problem political, economical, social etc. will be resolved given OLF-Orommuma and subdued Adowan based TPF are still breathing. Remove OLF/TPLF, remove ethnic region so as to restore normality. Tigray people join Amhara movement to depose the ethnic aparthied system if they want to. Look now, Amhara more than 80% free from both OLF and TPLF. There is much dignity enjoyed by Amhara people compared with Tigray people.

The Adwan youths should catch Yohannes G/Meskel and hung him at his birth place to send a clear message for all Adwans and for the next generation of Adwa people.
