The poor mother now sits outside a Church everyday praying for her children to return home. But her two children have already died in the war, and in order to get an official information about their deaths, she must pay the TPLF $15,000 fee per child for the information-- a large amount of money she obviously doesn't have. This is the reality in Tigray.
